Founded in 2022 by Jacob Chavez (known artistically as Vertex Remedy) and co-founder Alonzo Herrera (K4NTR1P), Proxinized Rebirth emerged as more than just a music label—it’s a cultural reset designed to empower multi-disciplinary creators and redefine community collaboration through sound, style, and storytelling. What began in high school as Proxinized Records, a small collective built by Jacob Chavez, was rooted in curiosity and a drive to connect across borders. Even in those early stages, Proxinized Records collaborated with artists from India, Greece, Canada, and across the United States, showcasing a fearless commitment to discovering and uplifting talent from all corners of the globe. In 2021, a pivotal transformation took shape: Proxinized Records was rebranded and refined, birthing the label we know today Proxinized Rebirth a name that reflects evolution, inclusion, and bold reinvention.
